These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the ExploreEase mobile application ("Mobile Application" or "Service") and any related products and services (collectively, the "Services").

This Agreement is legally binding between you ("User", "you", or "your") and ExploreEase LLC ("ExploreEase", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Mobile Application and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement.

If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you may not access or use the Mobile Application and Services.

Accounts and Membership

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the ExploreEase Mobile Application and Services.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security.

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or delete your account if you violate any provision of this Agreement or if your conduct harms the integrity, safety, or reputation of the ExploreEase platform.

If your account is terminated due to violations, you may not create a new account without permission.

User Content

ExploreEase allows users to submit and share travel-related content including itineraries, travel plans, comments, photos, and recommendations.

You retain ownership of the content you create and share. However, by submitting content to ExploreEase, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you submit:

Trip Collaboration and Invitations

ExploreEase allows users to invite other travelers to collaborate on trip planning.

By inviting another user to a trip:

Prohibited Uses

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the ExploreEase platform, including software, branding, design, and content created by ExploreEase, remains the exclusive property of ExploreEase LLC or its licensors.

Your use of the Services does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property belonging to ExploreEase.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the ExploreEase platform without written permission.

Third-Party Services

ExploreEase may integrate with third-party services including cloud infrastructure, analytics services, authentication providers, and mapping services.

These services operate under their own privacy policies and terms. ExploreEase is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

ExploreEase may offer optional subscriptions or in-app purchases that unlock additional features.

All purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store or other official app marketplaces. Payment processing and billing are handled by those platforms according to their policies.

Prices and available subscription options may change at any time.

ExploreEase does not store or process your payment card information directly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExploreEase LLC and its affiliates, employees, partners, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ExploreEase LLC and its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms.

You may also terminate your use of the Services at any time by deleting your account within the app.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which ExploreEase LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations.

If disputes cannot be resolved informally, they may be handled through the appropriate courts within the United States.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

If significant changes are made, users may be notified through:
